LG KS360 ini mampu menampung hingga 1600 karakter bukan lagi 160 seperti umumnya ponsel kebanyakan. Didesain dengan bodi slideout dan keyboard Qwerty, ponsel ini sengaja buat SMS mania, enggak salah kalau ponsel ini disebut-sebut sebagai ponsel messanging. Dan yang nggak kalah menarik, fitur messanging ponsel ini dapat berkirim SMS secara gratis melalui bluetooth serta fitur threaded SMS seperti tampilan chat.
Hadirnya kamera 2MP, MP3 player, layar touchscreen dialling dan Radio FM menambah kelengkapan tersendiri yang agak umum. Yang membedakan ponsel ini dari tombol yang ada dibagian bawah layarnya. Desain kumpulan tombol ini terlihat saling menumpuk dan berserakan sehingga membawa gaya tersendiri. Ponsel yang bekerja pada jaringan GSM 900/1800/1900 ini menyediakan keyboard bukan cuma hiasan saja, ponsel ini sudah bisa digunakan untuk mengirim email meskipun belum mendukung jaringan 3G.
